Discuss with the children how Natalie felt at different points of the story:

a) When Sally threatened to 'pound her'.
b) When she was talking to Callum in class.
c) When the teacher spoke with Sally.

Discuss how rumours spread. Does it always happen deliberately? Get the children to produce a mini drama where a rumour spreads by accident and then one where it is started deliberately. Can the rest of the class work out which is which?</description>
